Class Action WaiverYou agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.Claims must be brought in your individual capacity only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any collective or representative proceeding.This waiver applies to all forms of claims, including those under consumer protection laws, unfair competition, or any statutory rights.---4. Venue & Governing LawUnless otherwise required by local law, arbitration will be conducted virtually or in a mutually agreed neutral location.Governing law shall be based on international commercial and fair trade principles, unless mandatory national law applies.---5.
