Conversion Finality: Once USD is converted into Ark Points via PayPal or Bank Transfer, the conversion is final to maintain trade stability.
Service Disputes: Any request for a refund on SaaS solutions or University enrollments must be submitted through the Ark Internal Dispute Resolution channel.
Marketplace Transactions: Refunds for goods or services traded between members are governed by the specific contract agreed upon during the "spot deal".
Protection: Kings Idea Connections reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected platform abuse or AML violations
