We promote and broadcast public posts to enhance your reach and visibility. While we help amplify your message globally, we are not responsible for how third-party platforms may interpret, share, or comment on your content.

The Kings Ark is not liable for user interactions but will remove abusive or illegal behavior when reported.

Respect, authenticity, and goodwill are expected within all communities under the Ark.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions provide access to premium tools, trade exposure, or AI integrations.

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except when The Kings Ark experiences verified system-wide service failures preventing access to purchased features.

Cancellation of subscriptions stops renewal but does not trigger refunds.
