Welcome to The Kings Ark™. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use The Ark for business, funding, or monetization.

Parental consent is required for minors using non-commercial features.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all platform policies.

3. Platform Conduct

No abuse, fraud, spam, or exploitation of users.

Respectful, honest, and lawful interaction is required.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create remains yours, but by posting on The Ark, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it.

Unauthorized reproduction of Ark’s brand, logos, or systems is prohibited.

5. Termination of Access

The Ark may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without prior notice.

6. ⚖️ Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Dispute Resolution by Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to The Kings Ark™, its services, policies, or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, not in court.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body (e.g., ICC, UNCITRAL, or AAA where applicable).

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver

By using The Ark, you agree that you may bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Class actions, collective actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation of claims are expressly waived.

Venue & Governing Law

Arbitration will take place in a neutral location agreed upon by both parties, or virtually if necessary.

Governing law shall be based on international commercial standards and fair trade principles, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise.

Costs

Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, unless the arb

itrator decides otherwise.
