By accessing or registering an account on the The Kings Ark™ platform, including any linked media applications, commercial directories, or third-party authentication protocols, you agree to be bound by these legal Terms of Service.

1. User Account Registration and Use

To access the advanced commercial and networking utilities of The Kings Ark™, users may authenticate via safe single-sign-on (SSO) interfaces. You agree to provide true, accurate, and verified metadata. The Kings Ark™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that operate with invalid information or engage in fraudulent business execution.

2. Permitted Commercial Activities

The Kings Ark™ is engineered as a secure B2B/B2C marketplace, communication node, and global matchmaking infrastructure. Users are permitted to use the integrated media APIs, posting toolkits, voucher configurations, and distribution streams solely to scale automated trade contracts and legitimate brand promotion. No hype, spamming, or worthless disruptive engagement is permitted on the platform grid.

3. Intellectual Property

All framework structures, user experience modules, database translation arrays, and ecosystem brands associated with The Kings Ark™ are protected under intellectual property laws. Content syndicated from third-party hubs remains the property of the respective legal creator or originating partner node.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Kings Ark™ operates as an advanced cloud utility connecting independent buyers, sellers, governments, and creators. The Kings Ark™ is not liable for direct transactional disputes or individual retail operations organized independently through outside channel connections.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the absolute right to revoke, deactivate, or restrict access privileges to The Kings Ark™ if a user breaches platform security integrity, violates anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, or revokes required API permission architectures.

​Strict Jurisdiction: All disputes are resolved exclusively through the Ark Legal System in the Guatemala region.

​No External Litigation: Users waive the right to traditional court proceedings, accepting binding arbitration chosen by the company.
