When it's done, the helm appears nearby and gives you frost immunity, plus a slide effect that freezes enemies.

Kneehigh Helm

If you ask high-round players which helmet they care about most, a lot of them will say the Kneehigh Helm without even thinking. To unlock it, equip the Shadow Rift Ammo Mod and shoot four hidden gnomes placed outside the playable area. You'll find them near Tyr's Foot, the Beacon Island lighthouse, the Stave Church, and the Machine Workshop. Miss one and you'll waste time checking everything again, so it helps to go in with a clear route. After all four are hit, head to Loven's Antiquities to collect the helm.
